2026 Annual Conference
"Bridging Divides: Theory and Practice in a Polarized World."

The Association of Social and Behavioral Scientists, Inc. (ASBS) welcomes the submission of session proposals and paper submissions for its 88th Annual Conference that will be held in New Orleans, LA, on March 18-21, 2026. We welcome sessions and papers related to the conference theme. This conference continues the legacy of ASBS in highlighting the work of social and behavioral scientists in addressing issues that impact Blacks in this nation and beyond. "Bridging Divides: Theory and Practice in a Polarized World" very broadly encompasses educational, social, health, psychological, economic, political, behavioral, agricultural, anthropological, philosophical, and other factors that promote social change.

In addition to sessions featuring faculty, ASBS strongly encourages the submission of session and paper proposals featuring undergraduate and graduate students.

Proposals are accepted for paper presentations, poster presentations, and roundtable discussions.
